A batch of made-to-measure wheeled industrial trolleys, photographed in the yard ready for delivery.
Batch work is genuinely welcome. Once a jig is set up and the first unit is proven, the rest follow quickly, and the price per unit drops accordingly. If you need twelve of something identical, that is often a more efficient job for us than a single one-off.
Consistency across the batch
Every unit in a run like this is built from the same setting-out, so they stack, nest and interchange properly on site. Trolleys ordered in ones and twos over a period of years never quite match, and it shows the first time somebody tries to stack them.
